Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago
offers two culinary programs - the Associate of Applied
Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and the Baking
and Pastry Certificate. Both feature comprehensive curricula
that will season you for a career in the food service industry.
CHIC was established in 1983. From the
very beginning, they differentiated themselves from other
culinary institutions by using the traditional, European
hands-on approach to culinary education - something that
was previously difficult to obtain in the Midwest.
Today, they are renowned for their culinary
programs. Their recent affiliation with Le Cordon Bleu is
a testament to their dedication to culinary excellence.
And as the food service industry continues to grow, they
are preparing more students in the Chicago area for successful
careers in food service than any other culinary school.
